Window 7 is not the Verified OS for Oracle workflow Builder. So one might get the Issue in terms of System Registry accessibility.
Hence the solution for the issue can be taken care by Compatibility.
Unable to launch Workflow Builder. Gives the following error : ” Error Accessing the System Registry”.
Solution : Right click on the icon and “Run as Administrator”.
This resolves the issue.
